I’m Francesco Gallo, a London-based filmmaker, cinematographer and editor with Italian and Spanish roots. I work across fashion, lifestyle and documentary, with a particular interest in light, atmosphere and the relationship between image and sound.

Through my work at Harrods, I’ve shot and edited films across fashion, beauty, jewellery and food, collaborating on projects with brands including Ralph Lauren, Cartier, Dior, Burberry and many more. I enjoy being hands-on throughout the process, from developing an idea and directing or filming on set to finding the film’s rhythm in the edit.

Alongside my commercial work, I co-directed In Symbiosis, an award-winning feature documentary exploring food, farming and our relationship with the natural world. Made over eight years, while juggling life and full-time work, it reflects my curiosity about communities and places, and my passion and commitment to giving real stories the time and attention they need.
